  • CONTRACT FOR SPACE This application for exhibit space, the formal notice of space assignment and full payment of rental charges for the floor space; together constitute a contract for the right to use same.  This application should  be filed promptly with Photoshop Soup2Nuts together with all required payments.  The word Management used herein will mean Photoshop Soup2Nuts acting through its committees, agents, or employees.
  • ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE Whenever possible, space assignments will be made by Management in keeping with the location preferences requested by the exhibitor.  Management, however, reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in the best interest and betterment of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse rental of display space to any company whose display of goods or services is not, in the opinion of Management, likely to be compatible with the general character and objectives of the event.
  • SPACE RENTAL, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS Applications submitted prior to February 14, 2006 must be accompanied by payment in the amount of 50% of the total space rental cost.  The balance is due February 14, 2006  Companies applying for exhibit space after February 14, 2006 are required to submit payment in full with their space application.  Companies will be notified of the booth assignment by mail, but verbal acceptance of a specific booth by the company representative who signed the application will imply a completed contract. Application received without the required minimum payment will not be processed nor will space assignment be made.  All booth balances must be paid on or before February 14, 2006.  No refunds will be made after February 14, 2006.
  • INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS  All exhibits must be completed, manned and ready for business by 10:00 AM on Friday, June 23.  No exhibitor shall commence dismantling or packing their product prior to 4:00PM on Saturday, June 24, 2006.  The Exhibitor agrees at the conclusion of the show that Exhibitor will surrender the space occupied at the event in the same condition it was in at the commencement of the move-in.  The Exhibitor agrees that they are responsible for the defense and payment of any and all claims, demands and suits on account of any alleged injuries, death or other loss by individuals, or damage to property or other loss, to any party occurring in the event area or elsewhere because of the acts or omissions of the Exhibitor, their employees or agent, licensees, guests or contractors.
  • EXHIBITS AND PUBLIC POLICY Each Exhibitor is charged with knowledge of all laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, and sales tax regulations and requirements while participating in this event.  Compliance with such laws is mandatory for all exhibitors and the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.  No combustible decorations shall be used at any time. All materials and fluids which are inflammable are to be kept in safety containers.
  • OPERATION OF DISPLAYS Event management reserves the right to restrict the operation of or evict completely any exhibit, which in its opinion, detracts from the general character of the event as a whole.
  • SECURITY Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect property during the installation, show, and removal periods. However, the management, service contractors, and the management of the exhibit hall are not responsible for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, accident, vandalism or other causes.
  • EXHIBITOR ACCESS TO HALL Exhibitors will not be permitted to enter the exhibit hall before 9:00am each event day.
  • LIABILITY AND INSURANCE All property of the exhibitor is understood to remain under their custody and control in transit to or from or within the confines of the exhibit hall.  Exhibitors are advised to carry floater insurance and to name PhotoshopSoup2Nuts as an additional insured under exhibitor’s liability policy for the period of the event including move-in and move-out periods.  In no event shall the PhotoshopSoup2Nuts be responsible to the exhibitor for indirect, consequential or special damages.
  • EXHIBITORS’ INFORMATION AND SERVICE KIT This important information will be mailed to all confirmed exhibitors by mid-May 2006.
  • EXHIBITOR SELLING PRODUCTS AT THE EVENT Exhibitors assume full responsibility for complying with local, city and state laws regarding sales tax.  It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to complete and submit any required permits in a timely fashion as a prerequisite to participate in PhotoshopSoup2Nuts. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of any payments of booth space and denial of participation.
  • AMENDMENTS Any and all matters not specifically covered by the preceding rules and regulations shall be subject solely to the decision of Management.  The Management shall have full power to interpret, amend, and enforce theses rules and regulations, provided any amendments, when made are brought to the notice of exhibitors.  Violations of any of these Rules and Regulations on the part of Exhibitor, their employees or agents shall at the option of PhotoshopSoup2Nuts constitute cause for the Management to terminate this Agreement, expel the Exhibiting company from the event, and the Exhibitor shall forfeit all fees paid to Photoshop Soup2Nuts.
