As an attendee, volunteer, worker, exhibitor, sponsor, and or participant in Photoshop Soup2Nuts 2.006, I give Photoshop Soup2Nuts and its affiliated entities the absolute right and permission to use my photograph in the promotional materials and publicity efforts of Photoshop Soup2Nuts. I understand that the photographs may be used in a publication, print ads (including billboards), direct mail pieces, electronic media (e.g. video, CD-Rom, Internet/www., PSAs), or other form of promotion. I release Photoshop Soup2Nuts, their officers, employees, agents, and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use. I understand that this authorization shall remain in effect, unless nullified by an acknowledged written request.
